After a long career with Royal Mail, when photography was just a hobby, in 2017 I left the rat race and took a more relaxed view of life.​
 
Whilst photography is still a hobby, I take it a bit more seriously now than I used to and try to make each image a more interesting view, rather than a mere snapshot.
 
​I live in Newton abbot in South Devon and take most of my most current images in the surrounding area.
 
Luckily I have the South Devon Coast and Dartmoor National Park nearby and so as time passes, these pages will hopefully feature more and more images of this fantastic area .​
 
My main focus is on wildlife big and small and on my regular walks I generally have a camera with me. Though I have a bad habit of taking the long lens when I need a macro and visa versa.​
 
I don't sell anything promote anything or have any agenda. I take photos and I hope people that see them like them. If they don't then that's fine too, as I take them for me, not anybody else.
